Growth Potential
Fundamentally, we seek growing businesses whose main issue is a lack of capital.
This may not be your only challenge and we may indeed be able to help with some of your strategic issues, through our experience in helping other companies grow and our extensive networks.
Strong Financial Metrics & Cash Flow Generation
We seek businesses which are either cash generative or which have strong early stage fundamentals.
However you are able to demonstrate it, a track record of profitability and an efficient use of capital is a strong indicator of investability.
We do not require asset backing, but if available this can help secure better terms for your capital.
Experienced, Capable & Dynamic Management Team
Quality of management is a key area which we examine when assessing a growing business.
We consider the way that managers work together and their complementary skills as a fundamental point of due diligence.
